President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday November 4 in London assented to a bill which amended the Deep Offshore (and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contract) Act.
The bill was recently passed by the National Assembly and will generate about 500 million dollars this year according to the presidency.
Media report indicates that the Chief of Staff to the President Abba Kyari took the bill to Buhari in London.
This also indicates that Mr President will rule Nigeria from London as he failed to handover power to his deputy, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo.
