A member representing Jos South/Jos East Feederal Constituency of Plateau State, Hon. Dachung Bagos has warned against injustice and impunity going on in Jos and other parts of the State.
Briefing journalists on Tuesday on the security challenge in Plateau State. Bagos lamented that his people are being killed across the state while their land and properties were claimed by the attackers.
Bagos lamented thst, when the attackers, invaded any community in the state they will be tagged unknown gunmen but when it comes to signing peace agreement, they will be called herdsmen.
He said if justice is not done in order to address the incessant killings and destruction of properties, the people will have no option than to continue to fight.
Crisis in Jos and other parts of Plateau State has led to the death of hundreds of people and destruction of properties including farmland.
Recently, about 40 people were killed in Bassa LG while several houses were burnt.
The military blamed their inability to prevent the attack and timely response to the destruction of bridge linking higway to the community by the attackers.
